Scott Walker possesses twenty-five plus years of experience previously working with New York State Government, New York City Board of Education, Georgia State Government, Atlanta City Government, and in the non-profit/social service arena. He most recently served as Director of Planning & Program Operations with the City of Atlanta in Georgia; as well as, Chief Operating Officer at Caring Works, Inc., in Decatur, Georgia.

During his career he has worked in various capacities from community social work, educating youth in public schools, developing housing programs for individuals with disabilities, affordable housing projects/planning, provision of Medicaid services, and supporting nonprofit organizations with federal entitlement funds. These experiences have prepared me to lead the charge at 3Keys, Inc. in my current role of President/CEO.

Scott was drawn to 3Keys, Inc. as a result of their mission which is to provide – Housing, Help and Hope to individuals living with Mental Illness. The majority of his professional career has encompassed these tenets. My goal is to work collectively to impact the lives of the individuals 3Keys serves, to ensure their experience is positive and everyone has a chance to “win”.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a Master’s Degree in Social Work both from the State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook. Scott is married with three children, and resides in Lilburn, Georgia.
